The School Counseling Department is committed to providing a comprehensive program of services that supports the unique potential and development of each student including:

guiding students to select an individualized course of study;
helping them navigate challenging personal situations;
develop skills and acquire information to support their academic goals;
social and emotional wellness;
individualized post-secondary readiness.

Mission:

The overarching goal of the Scituate Public Schools’ School Counseling program is to provide a comprehensive school counseling program of support and services that promotes the academic potential, social/emotional development, and career readiness of all learners.
